What We Provide
We offer comprehensive Airbnb property management for any home in the heart Rio. Services can be customized to suit your preferences, or you can rely on our expertise to select the ideal style for your apartment. We operate on a commission-based model and ensure payments are processed automatically after each reservation.
To make the process effortless, we manage all general maintenance and cleaning services for each property. Furthermore, partnering with Airbnb, we provide liability coverage to ensure your apartment is well-maintained and taken care of.
Our Apartments
Based in Rio de Janeiro’s South Zone, each of our apartments have been carefully designed with their own unique style and character, creating a comfortable and memorable experience for every guest.
We work with a growing portfolio of high-quality, luxury properties. We are continually looking for new opportunities to expand our reach and serve more guests. About Luke & Adam
A few years ago, we came to Brazil to travel and instantly fell in love with Rio de Janeiro. What started as a quick visit became a passion for the city, the culture and the people.
We have always worked with business management and dealing with new people which gave us the idea to set up our own Airbnb rental company. We are dedicated to helping guests experience Rio the same way that we did. We take pride in providing comfortable, well-maintained accommodations and exceptional service, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable stay from the moment they arrive.
Our goal is simple: to make every guest's experience in Rio as enjoyable, memorable, and welcoming as our very first visit.
